For Tutors: You can make a video of (Resolution 720p in MP4 format) for minimum duration of 60 minutes which have cover min 2 topics & max 4 different – different topics of computer concepts. It can be a interactive digital video or with the help of any video creation software (Advance Presentation) (Pay-out for video is ₹ 500/- per video of 60 Minutes duration) When it is selected for approval & published on Websites. Or you can make a simple interactive presentation on PPT Format with pictures/ Videos & point to point commentary (PowerPoint 2013 or higher) (Pay-out for presentation is ₹ 100/- per presentation of 30 minutes) when it is selected for approval & published on Websites. For selection and approval topics must be covered completely.

For Learners:

• To enroll in any course, a certificate from the previous course is required; otherwise, an additional fee of ₹299/- will be charged.
• The monthly fee for a special (CRASH) course is ₹700/- per month.
• The monthly fee for the complete 21-month course is ₹550/- per month.
• Once you take admission, no fees will be refunded.
• If you remain absent for any reason after taking admission, the academy will not be responsible in any way.
• You will have to participate in the certificate evaluation online only after completing the course.
• The first attempt in certificate evaluation will be free.
• If you fail in the evaluation, no certificate will be issued.
• A fixed fee will have to be paid to participate in the evaluation again.
• You can attempt a maximum of 4 evaluations, after which you will have to undergo training again for at least 2 months.
• All discounts are applicable only on lump-sum fee payments.
• No discounts are available on monthly fee payments; the standard monthly fee will apply.
• You must pass the assessment to receive any certificate.
• If you leave the course incomplete, you will not receive a certificate.
• If you restart a course you previously left incomplete, you will have to pay a re-admission fee of ₹199/- in monthly installments.
• If you leave a Diploma course incomplete, you will only receive a Basic Course certificate and will have to pay ₹499/-.
• If you leave a Diploma course incomplete and wish to receive the certificate, you will have to pay the remaining balance of the Diploma course fee in a lump sum.

Free Computer Classes/ Fee Discount Eligibility

• The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• 25% discount if one of the applicant’s parents is deceased; 50% discount if both parents are deceased.
• 25% discount if the applicant is self-employed and destitute.
• 15% discount if the applicant is a BPL cardholder.
• 50% discount if one of the applicant’s parents is currently serving in any branch of the Indian Armed Forces.
• 25% discount if one of the applicant’s parents is a retired member of any branch of the Indian Armed Forces.
• If a new admission is made at the learner’s recommendation, a total discount of 100% on the monthly fee per admission (10% on the first admission, followed by 5% on each subsequent new admission) in ascending order.
• 10% discount on both admissions if two members of the same family enroll together. • All discounts will be granted only after verification of the information/details provided by the applicant at the time of admission.
• Required details: Aadhaar number, phone number, email ID, date of birth, category certificate, and details of the claim for which the discount is being sought.
• You may be eligible for a discount under any of the above circumstances.
• All decisions are at the sole discretion of the RR ACADEMY management/director.
• All discounts/fees may be forfeited if found to be involved in criminal or anti-social activities.
• Discounts may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

RR Academy has reserved the right to cancel or take back any scheme, Discount or announcement back without any prior notice.

Eligibility Criteria for AI Ecosystem™ Benefits

Participants may become eligible for selected scholarship support, recognition benefits, or academic growth incentives subject to the following conditions:

• Must be a citizen of the Republic of India
• Must be enrolled in an eligible RR Academy course or program
• Must complete at least one training course through online or regular classroom learning
• Must successfully qualify in the relevant assessment or examination process
• Must maintain active participation within the learning ecosystem
• Participant or parent/guardian should possess a valid bank account or UPI facility for applicable transactions
• Must meet the minimum eligibility criteria or milestone requirements applicable under the program
• May contribute toward community-based learning participation by responsibly guiding and supporting interested learners within the ecosystem

Non-Eligibility Conditions

A participant may become ineligible for ecosystem-related benefits if:

• False or misleading information is provided during admission or participation
• The participant violates RR Academy policies or code of conduct
• Required course participation or assessment criteria are not completed
• Pending dues or unresolved payment obligations exist with the Institute
• The participant engages in unethical, misleading, or prohibited promotional activities
• The participant is suspended, restricted, or removed by the Institute for disciplinary reasons
• The participant is involved in unlawful or anti-social activities
• Required banking or verification information is unavailable where applicable
• Participation standards, compliance requirements, or ecosystem guidelines are not maintained

RR Academy reserves the right to review, verify, approve, suspend, or reject eligibility at its sole discretion.

Student Assessment & Academic Support

RR Academy may maintain secure student participation records, batch details, and ecosystem-related academic information for educational management and verification purposes.

Eligible learners may receive:

• Unique User ID and login access where applicable
• Online examination support and assessment facilities
• Digital performance tracking and result updates
• Participation opportunities in selected contests, activities, or academic events
• Scholarship or recognition opportunities based on verified performance and participation

Assessment results and academic updates may be communicated digitally within a reasonable operational timeframe.

1. Program Nature

2. Eligibility

Participation in the AI Ecosystem™ is open to eligible Indian citizens including:

3. Admission & Enrollment

• Each eligible learner may receive a unique AI Ecosystem ID after successful enrollment.
• The ID is intended solely for academic participation, student tracking, verification, and ecosystem-related communication.
• Sharing, duplicating, transferring, or misusing an AI Ecosystem ID is strictly prohibited.

5. Educational Participation

Participants are expected to:

• Maintain respectful conduct

• Encourage genuine student engagement
• Avoid misleading promotion or false commitments

The Academy may monitor participation for academic quality, verification, and compliance purposes.

Any references to growth, opportunities, recognition, or incentives shall not be interpreted as guaranteed financial earnings.

8. Independent Participation

Participants acknowledge that:

• No employer-employee relationship is created
• Participation in referral or promotional activities is voluntary
• Participants act independently and responsibly

The program does not constitute direct selling, investment activity, agency, or financial solicitation.

9. Ethical Promotion Policy

Participants must not:

• Make false income claims
• Promise guaranteed earnings
• Misrepresent RR Academy services
• Use misleading advertisements
• Publish fake testimonials
• Engage in spam, pressure tactics, or unethical marketing

Any violation may result in suspension or permanent removal from the ecosystem.

10. Verification & Compliance

RR Academy reserves the right to:

• Review admission records
• Audit ecosystem participation
• Request supporting information or documents
• Hold, reject, or revoke benefits if irregularities are identified

All decisions made by RR Academy regarding verification and eligibility shall be considered final.

11. Fees & Payments

• Course fees are charged exclusively for educational services, mentorship, training, and skill development.
• Fees once paid may be governed by RR Academy’s refund and cancellation policies.
• Statutory deductions such as GST or TDS may apply wherever required under Indian law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, course material, training systems, graphics, logos, videos, and program structures associated with RR Academy and the AI Ecosystem™ remain the intellectual property of RR Academy.

Unauthorized copying, resale, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

RR Academy shall not be held responsible for:

• Individual expectations of income or financial growth
• Third-party claims or unofficial promises
• Personal business decisions made by participants
• Technical interruptions or temporary service disruptions
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from participation

Participants are solely responsible for their own decisions, activities, and expectations.

14. Modification of Terms

RR Academy reserves the right to modify, update, revise, or discontinue these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Termination of Participation

RR Academy may suspend or terminate participation if a learner:

• Violates Academy policies
• Engages in fraudulent activity
• Uses misleading promotional methods
• Misuses the AI Ecosystem™ name or identity
• Harms the reputation or integrity of the Academy

Termination decisions shall remain at the sole discretion of RR Academy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from participation in the AI Ecosystem™ shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to RR Academy’s operational location.

For official information, support, or verification related to the AI Ecosystem™, participants are advised to contact RR Academy through its official communication channels only.

Declaration

By registering in the AI Ecosystem™ or enrolling in any eligible RR Academy course, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions voluntarily.
